2014年背向散射電子繞射儀與掃描原子力顯微鏡技術發展研討會<br> Workshop on Recent Development of EBSD and AFM

內容：
工業技術研究院材料化工研究所電鏡技術開發與應用研究室自成立以來，著重於各式先進材料分析技術發展。今年與英商牛津儀器合作，針對背向散射電子繞射儀 (Electron Back Scattering Diffraction, EBSD)及掃描原子力顯微鏡(Atomic Force Microscope, AFM)之先進分析技術與發展進行介紹。EBSD可提供結晶材料晶體結構、相位分佈以及晶粒分佈等訊息，講師將著重其於能源產業、鋼鐵產業及電子產業的相關實務運用。AFM分析可得知材料之表面性質，包括電位、導電特性及磁性等訊息，此次會議將介紹兩種新形態的表面分析技術，包括Electrochemical Strain Microscopy(ESM)及Scanning Microwave Impedance Microscopy(sMIM)前瞻表面分析新穎技術。會議並安排實機展演，更能強化與會者與講師之技術交流。本研討會將於2014年8月27日至28日假工業技術研究院舉行，歡迎各界產學研先進踴躍參與。
The Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) of Taiwan in collaboration with Oxford Instruments and Jie Dong will host a combined workshop on August 27-28, 2014, to provide attendees an opportunity to discuss and explore emerging applications in electron backscattering diffraction (EBSD) and atomic force microscopy (AFM) with ITRI and OI scientists. The workshop will include live demonstrations of new advanced EBSD and AFM application modes.
